A proof request may include contact information, selected plan, a public property URL, consent choices and technical request metadata used to protect the service. Messages submitted through the contact form are stored for us to reply to your inquiry; this does not constitute newsletter or marketing consent.
2. Why we use it
Information is used to review a proof request, complete property-scoped onboarding, protect the service and maintain legitimate operational records.
3. Property onboarding
Current initial onboarding is text-first and collects property facts, policies, escalation contacts and information needed to build trustworthy property-scoped operational context.
4. Guest-operations data
OMERVIA is designed to resolve the exact tenant, property, reservation and conversation before using property information. Ambiguity should fail closed instead of producing an invented answer.
5. Security and minimization
OMERVIA minimizes unnecessary personal information in logs, keeps provider credentials and session material outside ordinary automation data paths and applies scoped authorization and audit controls.
6. Retention and control
Information is retained only as needed for proof review, onboarding, service operation, security, legitimate records and applicable obligations.
7. Website analytics
Optional analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. Necessary security and form-protection processing may still operate where required to provide and protect the service.
